Exchange is allowed only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

Follow these steps to request an exchange:
Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.
Please provide your order number, product name, reason for exchange, and the required 360° unboxing video for damage verification.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back within 48 hours after approval.
