1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Standard delivery within India: 4–7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 6–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹3000
- A flat shipping fee of ₹50 to 300 applies to orders below ₹999
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email. You can track your order using the provided link.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your Fashion accessories.
6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
INDLADY is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. INDLADY will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or unboxing video for assistance.
